What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator-Vocational position at NEW HOPE VILLAGE INC?
This position provides overall direction and coordination to the Person-Centered Plan (PCP) for individuals receiving employment and/or day program services. This position serves as the liaison between the agency, family, other providers, and regulatory agencies. The Program Coordinator participates in the management of the Vocational Department through the development, implementation and evaluation of goals for individuals served and policies for programming within the department.
