Evening and Overnight shifts available!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents and clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and overall condition; promptly report any changes to healthcare teams
- Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet individual dietary needs
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols
- Document care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and family members
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support individuals with developmental disabilities or aging needs
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays as needed

For overnight shift shift differential of $.50 after successful completion of 30 day with no call offs or disciplinary actions.
