Direct Support Professional-Community Weekend Position!

Now Hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) – $500 Sign-On Bonus! (for evening and overnight shifts)

Location: Carroll & Glidden, Iowa
Shift: 1 PM Saturday to 1 PM Sunday (Overnight shift includes up to 5.5 hours of sleep time)
Evening Shift Differential: Earn an extra $1.50/hour

What You'll Do:

• Assist with daily living activities like personal care, meal prep, laundry, and cleaning

• Support individuals in community outings and leisure activities

• Administer medications and complete necessary documentation

• Receive full training — no experience needed!

Qualifications:

• Age 18 with a valid Iowa driver’s license and insurable driving record

• Ability to read/write in English and do basic math

• Must complete a Medication Manager course after hire (we’ll help with this!)
