Compensation & Growth Path
- Start as a Sales Associate earning $25/hour (depending on experience) during an 8-16 week paid training program
- Upon completing training and obtaining an active Michigan real estate license, you'll be promoted to New Home Consultant
- New Home Consultants earn a base salary commission for their first 3 months on the sales floor, transitioning to a commission structure optional draw after that
- Annual earning potential of $120,000 , contingent on individual performance and hitting sales goals
- This is a full-time, W2 opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) options, and more
- Learn the ropes of new home sales by working alongside experienced consultants
- Build relationships with buyers and guide them through their home-buying journey
- Support model home tours, lead follow-up, and community outreach
- Get hands-on training in contracts, financing, and the full sales process
- Have 2-3 years of experience in sales, retail management, hospitality, or customer service
- Know how to build rapport, listen to what people need, and guide them to a decision
- Are comfortable working weekends and a full-time, in-person schedule
