We are hiring a Part-Time Recruiting Assistant to join our growing recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, people-focused, and energized by working in a collaborative environment. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting recruiting operations and candidate experience while gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
Our Corporate Support Office is located in the heart of downtown Elmhurst and is not your typical “corporate” setting. 💼 What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day recruiting activities for part-time roles, including application review, sourcing, screenings, and interviews.
- Support full-time sourcing efforts through candidate outreach and pipeline support, partnering with recruiters to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Audit candidate records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process consistency.
- Assist with troubleshooting system, workflow, or data-related issues.
- Update recruiting resources, templates, and internal documentation.
- Partner with recruiters on special projects and process improvements.
- Provide administrative and operational support that keeps the recruiting function running smoothly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with strong follow-through and accountability
- People-oriented and collaborative; enjoy supporting candidates and teammates with a professional, service-minded approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and tone
- Comfortable creating presentations and visual materials (experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides preferred)
- Confident using technology and systems; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and tracking information accurately (ATS/CRM/Google Drive/AI experience a plus)
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to grow long-term within a recruiting career path
- Hybrid schedule, but must be able to work in person at our Elmhurst, IL office
