Key Responsibilities:
- Learn & Support: Participate in a structured training program designed to teach you the fundamentals of new home sales, including product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and the customer journey.
- Assist the Sales Team: Work closely with experienced Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service, support marketing efforts, and assist in administrative tasks.
- Customer Engagement: Greet visitors, answer questions, and guide them through model homes and community features, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with prospective buyers by understanding their unique needs, preferences, and timelines. Help them envision life in a New Home Inc. residence.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor communities, and industry best practices to enhance your effectiveness and credibility.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups using our CRM and established sales processes.
Qualifications:
