Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Worker role based in Cottonwood, Sedona, and Prescott Arizona. This role will assist with general construction activities, including preparing job sites, loading and unloading materials, and supporting skilled tradespeople throughout each project. Daily tasks may include Re-bar and labor work, foundation work, form setting, and finishing concrete work. The role involves following safety procedures, using hand and power tools, reading simple plans or instructions, and communicating effectively with supervisors and crew members. The Construction Worker is expected to maintain a professional attitude, be punctual, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with general Construction tasks, including job site preparation and use of basic hand and power tools.
- Must have DRIVERS LICENSE in the state of Arizona.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
- Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site and flexibility to work standard construction hours.
- No previous construction experience required.
