About the Role
Newhaus Roofing & Construction is hiring outside sales reps to sell residential (and commercial) roofing across the Washington / Pacific Northwest market. This is a commission-only, 1099 role. We're BBB Accredited and Owens Corning Platinum Preferred, with lifetime warranties and 0% financing to back your pitch — but closing is on you.
We're looking for people with a winner mentality: competitive, coachable, and not looking for an excuse. If you need a base salary or a lot of hand-holding, this isn't the role.
What You'll Do
- Generate and close residential (and commercial) , storm damage areas, referrals, and company-provided leads
- Conduct roof inspections and walk homeowners through damage, options, and financing
- Present proposals, and guide customers from first contact to signed contract
- Build and manage your own pipeline — territory canvassing, neighborhood blitzes, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with project managers and production crews to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale
- Represent the Newhaus brand professionally in every homeowner interaction
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, D2D, insurance restoration, or other commission-based sales)
- Self-starter — able to build and work a pipeline without micromanagement
- Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and working storm/insurance claims, or willing to learn
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license — required
- Smartphone and basic comfort with CRM/quoting tools
- Competitive, resilient, and results-driven

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
