Full-Time AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Educate business customers on AT&T wireless products, services, promotions, and upgrades
- Assist business customers with new sales, account updates, and service-related questions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve business customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Stay up to date on all AT&T wireless products and promotions
- Meet individual and team wireless sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience
Full-Time AT&T Representative Qualifications:

- Prior AT&T Representativeexperience is a plus
