Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily office operations. This role requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. experience with office management software are highly valued to ensure smooth workflow and effective client interactions.

Duties

  • Answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and providing customer support
  • Managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
  • Performing data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to maintain accurate records
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
  • Coordinating calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings
  • Assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic office management responsibilities
  • Handling correspondence via email and phone, ensuring timely responses
  • Providing personal assistant support to executives or staff members as required
  • Maintaining an organized office environment to enhance productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software
  • Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or medical/dental receptionist duties is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • High level of computer literacy and typing speed for efficient document processing
  • Attention to detail in proofreading and data management tasks
  • Prior experience in office management or administrative support roles is desirable
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
