OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director skilled in New Jersey DOH auditory compliance and administration to lead our healthcare team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing Mental Health clinical operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires a strong background in medical management and healthcare management, along with a commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to best practices.Manage clinical staff, including hiring, training, and regularly scheduled performance evaluations.Ensure the clinic complies with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to mental health care and substance abuse.Develop and implement protocols, policies and procedures that enhance patient care quality.Collaborate with other departments to improve overall healthcare services.Coordinate the provision of mental health services, including assessments, therapy, and medication management, monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Provide leadership in developing clinical programs that meet community needs.Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and executive management.Assess the effectiveness of services provided and make necessary improvements to implement quality assurance standards ensuring audit readiness.Manage relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations and healthcare providers.Education & LicensureEducation: Master's Degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field or above preferredValid NJ License Required: LPC and LCADC preferred and/or LCSWSkills & Experience7 years proven experience as a Clinical Director or similar role in a mental health settingExperienced with Kipu or similar EHR software.Strong background in medical and personnel management with proven experience in a leadership role.Expertise in healthcare management principles and practices.Excellent understanding of healthcare regulations and medical law.Expertise with NJHHS and NJ DOH standards and regulatory compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to assess clinical performance and outcomes.We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about improving patient care to apply for this vital leadership position.Equal Opportunity Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
