Responsibilities
Research, formulate, and review language for Liquor Commission policies, legislation, rules, and regulations.
Represent the Liquor Commission at legislative, rulemaking, and administrative hearings.
Monitor and evaluate Liquor Commission processes, operations, and initiatives to identify opportunities for optimizing efficiencies and resources.
Formulate and implement sound strategies for resolving problems of a technical or legal nature.
Effectively communicate the Commissions current and long-range goals and objectives with legislators and other public officials.
Collaborate and facilitate projects and programs that cross multiple divisions within the Commission.
Recognizes that everyone we come into contact with is a customer and treats all with courtesy, respect, and the utmost professionalism.
Oversee and administer special projects as assigned.

Summary

- YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS:**Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
- Education/Experience**: Bachelor's degree and 8.5 years of experience OR equivalent combination of 12.5 years of education and experience after completion of high school. Education and experience must be in legal studies, civil litigation, criminal justice, real estate law, legal research, paralegal work, investigations, or human resources investigations,with at least 5 years in a management level position involving administrative or supervisory duties.
