  • Administer the third-party Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) inspection process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Turn findings into clear, actionable guidance by preparing concise inspection reports, responding to owner inquiries, and providing practical direction to property owners and management teams on compliance requirements, inspection results, and corrective actions.

To support onboarding and training, the initial months of employment will be conducted in-office. Following this period, remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of building codes and safety regulations and the unique characteristics as applied to multifamily housing inspections. National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) training preferred.
