Summary
To perform duties and render such services required to maintain the health and physical welfare and potential rehabilitation of NHVH residents. To develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment plans based on nursing process and standards of practice.

Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
Education/Experience
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience
OR equivalent combination of 8 years of education and experience after completion of high school. Must include at least 30 credits of graduate-level study in nursing with a specialty in geriatric, family practice, or psychiatric nursing.
License/Certification
