Machine Operator (Entry Level – Full Training Provided)
Compensation : $18.50-$25 Monthly Bonus of approx $200p/m (DOE Shift premiums included)

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Learning to safely operate precision manufacturing equipment through comprehensive paid training.
- Producing high-quality aerospace components to extremely tight tolerances.
- Inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment.
- Following quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures while continuously developing your technical skills.
As a Machine Operator, you will bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good basic maths and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, construction, or other hands-on work.
- A willingness to learn and work flexible shifts following training.
Training & Shift Information for a Machine Operator
NHBB offers the following shift options:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (15% shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM (15% shift differential)
Training is typically completed on 1st Shift, where you'll receive hands-on coaching from experienced machinists before moving into your assigned shift.
