What You Will Do
- Connect with consumers who have requested information about debt relief services.
- Conduct detailed financial consultations over the phone.
- Review unsecured debts, monthly expenses, income, and financial goals.
- Determine whether prospective clients meet the program’s qualification guidelines.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the debt settlement process.
- Explain estimated program structure, client responsibilities, and potential risks.
- Answer questions and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Help qualified consumers complete enrollment documents.
- Request and confirm all information required for enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective clients who need additional time or information.
- Record call details, client information, and progress in the CRM.
- Use approved scripts, disclosures, and company procedures.
- Protect confidential consumer and financial information.
- Participate in sales training, quality reviews, and individual coaching.
- Consistently meet established standards for call quality, activity, and performance.
