About us
New Growth ABA is a small business in Hampden County, MA. We are a small agency in Western MA that provides personalized home-based ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum. Our goal is to provide opportunities for children to learn new skills to improve their level of independance and overall quality of life.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with special needs and developmental disabilities
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other related disorders
- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach and progress monitoring
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide training and support to parents, teachers, and other team members on behavior management techniques
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
