We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing behaviors, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the lives of individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement behavior analytic techniques to modify behaviors.
- Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other professionals.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation.
- Other related duties as required.
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Language Pathology, or another related field.
- Safety Care trained, CPR trained, First Aid trained a plus.
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles.
- Familiarity with special education practices.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
