Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of all influencer, VIP gifting, product seeding, and creator outreach programs across the New Ground client portfolio, ensuring activity is brand-right, culturally relevant, and executed to a high standard.
- Work closely with Client Partners to understand each client’s brand world, audience, campaign objectives, and product priorities, translating these into thoughtful influencer, creator, VIP, and tastemaker recommendations.
- Own the end-to-end gifting process across sourcing, outreach, product selection, dispatch coordination, follow-up, clipping, monitoring, and reporting, utilizing junior team members and wider agency support where required.
- Build, maintain, and continuously evolve New Ground’s influencer, creator, VIP, stylist, and agency “friendlies” database, ensuring the agency has a rich, organized, and high-performing network of relationships to draw from across all client needs.
- Support the development and execution of influencer campaigns across creator sourcing, shortlisting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, agreement management, delivery tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, VIPs, stylists, tastemakers, and rising talent who are relevant across beauty, fashion, health, wellness, lifestyle, and culture, with a strong understanding of who drives awareness, engagement, conversion, and brand credibility.
- Support the sourcing of content creators for UGC, paid social, ad creative, product education, tutorials, testimonials, and other content needs, ensuring each creator is aligned with the client’s brand identity and campaign goals.
- Support Client Partners with event guest list development, influencer/VIP outreach, and talent recommendations for client events, product launches, dinners, activations, and brand moments.
- Support the development of Groundspace as a relationship-building showroom by identifying and inviting high-profile influencers, VIPs, stylists, creators, and brand-right talent for dressing appointments, product introductions, and gifting opportunities.
- Stay ahead of influencer, creator, social, and cultural trends, bringing a strategic point of view on emerging talent, platform behavior, content formats, and new opportunities for clients and the wider agency.
Your Day-to-Day
This position plays a key role in supporting the agency by leading influencer gifting, creator sourcing, VIP outreach, and influencer campaign support across all client retainers and projects. Working closely with Client Partners, you will translate client needs into thoughtful influencer recommendations, strategic gifting programs, and measurable campaign results. As part of a small but dynamic team, your day-to-day will include influencer research, outreach, relationship management, gifting coordination, reporting, campaign support, and event support across a fast-paced and growing agency environment. You will work both independently and collaboratively across the agency, using your organization, communication, and decision-making skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of the influencer, creator, VIP, and social media landscape, with a strong instinct for culturally relevant talent, emerging trends, and creators that authentically align with brand identity, audience, and campaign objectives.
- Established relationships across the influencer, creator, VIP, stylist, talent, and/or publicist space, with the ability to build, nurture, and leverage relationships on behalf of the agency and its clients.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated success across influencer gifting, seeding, creator partnerships, outreach, negotiation, campaign management, and reporting, with the ability to manage programs from conception through to delivery.
- Extensive understanding of social media platforms, creator trends, emerging content formats, and cultural conversations across beauty, fashion, health, wellness, lifestyle, and culture.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, outreach workstreams, reporting requirements, and relationships simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, accountability, and follow-through in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced and growing agency environment.
Basic Qualifications
- College degree (or minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, influencer gifting, creator partnerships, VIP relations, talent relations, or closely related agency roles.
- Agency-side experience is strongly preferred.
