- Set up and operate machinery in accordance with production requirements and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure efficiency and quality of production
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products and document findings
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and troubleshoot any issues
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to understand technical specifications, blueprints, and instructions
- Knowledge of machine operation, setup, and maintenance is essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours and adjust to changing production priorities
