Join Our Leadership Team as a Revenue Cycle Manager!
Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of healthcare billing operations? At New Era Billing Services, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our billing and denial recovery team, improve process efficiency, and help drive financial outcomes that support better patient care.

  This is a full-time, in-office position based at our main location. You’ll play a key leadership role in coordinating the full revenue cycle—from coding to collections—while mentoring a team that thrives on accountability and growth.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily operations of billing, coding, and collections teams
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and revenue performance
  • Ensure compliance with payer regulations and coding accuracy
  • Produce and present detailed billing and A/R reports
  • Analyze trends and recommend improvements to leadership
  • Support training, team development, and staff coverage planning
  • Work collaboratively with providers and administration to solve problems and drive cash flow

  Who We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve worked in healthcare billing for 7 years
  • You’ve led or trained a team for 2 years
  • You know medical billing, claim appeals, and payer rules inside and out
  • Bonus if you know behavioral health billing
  • You’re organized, clear-thinking, and people trust your judgment
