What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Manager / Housekeeper position at New Era Property Services?

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper / house manager to join our team. You will be working inside the same single-family home three days a week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), from 9:30AM - 2:30PM (start time flexible). The home is a 5-level brownstone on Beacon St.
As a house manager, the role requires more than just the "cleaning".
Responsibilities
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness
- Bed making
- Do laundry
- Return Amazon packages
- Grocery shop
- Organize the closets and other locations
- Do dishes and put them away
- Stock the supplies for the home
- All other routine housekeeping needs
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot issues
- Physical stamina to perform tasks and lift moderate weights up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
