As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our community’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort — helping residents feel cared for and at home.
What You’ll Do
- Perform daily and deep cleaning in resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum to ensure a spotless environment.
- Sanitize restrooms and restock paper and cleaning supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling containers in resident and communal spaces.
- Maintain and organize housekeeping closets and equipment.
- Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times.
- Support the laundry team as needed on assigned days.
Who You Are
- A reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate team player.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs., stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred — healthcare or senior living experience a plus!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
