What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Help homeowners make informed decisions (repair vs. replace)
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operations, training, and inventory

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented with leadership potential

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• HVAC trade school background
• Experience with air balancing or sheet metal

Salary : $40 - $50
