Role Description The Advanced Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Clearwater, FL, responsible for guiding patients through their care experience and ensuring a smooth, supportive visit. This role includes welcoming patients, managing intake forms, verifying basic information, and explaining treatment processes in clear, accessible language. The coordinator schedules and confirms appointments, coordinates provider availability, and supports the efficient flow of patients through various therapies and consultations. Daily tasks also include answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, providing follow-up instructions, and collaborating with clinical staff to organize care plans. This position requires maintaining accurate records, upholding privacy and safety standards, and delivering a consistently professional and compassionate patient experience.
