Position Summary:
The Lead Patient Care Coordinator oversees daily front desk operations, supports and mentors administrative staff, and ensures an efficient, compassionate patient experience from check-in to check-out. This role serves as the bridge between patients, providers, and administrative systems to keep clinic operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient records, scheduling, and HIPAA-compliant data entry using Dentrix
- Coordinate referrals, lab cases, treatment plans, and post-operative processes
- Review staffing schedules in advance to identify coverage needs and coordinate
- temporary staffing support as necessary.
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and adherence to policies and procedures
- Support reporting, patient surveys, testimonials, and overall program impact initiatives
- Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and external partners to support clinic
