Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) is based in Concord, NH. The BT/RBT will work directly with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities, implementing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one behavior therapy, collecting and recording data on client progress, collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and assisting in the development of intervention strategies. The role also involves maintaining a safe and supportive environment to help clients achieve their developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) knowledge and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation to track client progress effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with families, peers, and supervisors.
• Capability to follow intervention plans and adapt to varying client needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals achieve personal growth.
• High school diploma or GED required; RBT certification preferred but not mandatory.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Requirement to pass a background check and have reliable transportation for on-site work at client locations.
