We’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and high-energy Behavior Technician to join our team supporting students with behavioral, executive functioning, and emotional needs in a middle/high school setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Build trusting relationships with students
- Support behavior plans and social-emotional interventions
- Coach students in the moment through challenges and victories
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families
- Bring your energy, empathy, and patience to every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with youth (especially those with IEPs or behavioral challenges)
- Calm under pressure—and ready with a plan (or a sense of humor)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player who’s also self-directed and proactive
- ABA, CPI, or trauma-informed training a plus!
