Registrar (Accounting & Student Services Supervisor)
New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS)
Location: North Andover / Haverhill, MA
Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000/year
Overview
NETTTS is seeking a detail-oriented Registrar to support campus financial and academic operations. This role manages student records, tuition transactions, and compliance while supervising a small student services team (2–3 employees).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate student records, files, and data systems
- Process tuition payments, billing, and accounts receivable
- Verify student documentation and manage compliance records
- Track attendance, test scores, and student status changes
- Reconcile monthly financials and prepare reports
- Support veterans’ documentation and regulatory reporting
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative workflow
- Supervise and support 2–3 student services staff
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of accounting experience (accounts receivable focus)
- Experience with computerized systems and data management
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred:
- Experience in education or vocational training
- Familiarity with CampusVue or similar systems (Soon to be Portico)
- Business or accounting coursework
