Your Responsibilities As a Shop Supervisor
Safety Compliance: Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, addressing hazards proactively, promoting a safety-first culture, and achieving a clean safety record with no OSHA recordable incidents.
Customer Service: Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to meet or exceed customer expectations by ensuring high-quality work, responding promptly to customer needs, and resolving complaints professionally.
Production Planning & Scheduling: Develops and manages production schedules, coordinating materials, labor, and equipment to meet project deadlines while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Quality Control: Ensures all products meet quality standards and customer specifications by implementing regular inspections and promptly resolving quality issues.
Inventory Management & Cost Saving: Manages inventory, procurement, and expenses to support efficient production while identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving processes without compromising safety, quality, or delivery.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, with 2 years in a leadership role
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred
- OSHA safety certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong scheduling, planning, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of CAD software, Air Table, and fabrication systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to train and develop others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Competitive salary: $90,000-$110,000, based on experience.
