About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the retail trade industry, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. By effectively communicating with customers, you will help create a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to improve service delivery.

Salary : $30 - $40
