Specific experience should include representation of private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents.
