Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Diesel Mechanic, where your expertise will keep our fleet running smoothly and efficiently! We are looking for 1st and 2nd shift applicants. In this role, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of diesel engines. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Salary will be dependent on experience, knowledge and certifications
- Pay is hourly, not flat rate. Get paid for the work you do!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with our in-house and manufacturers’ standards;
- Performing work with timeliness and accuracy;
- Diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling medium and heavy-duty vehicles;
- Correcting vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts or systems;
- Writing up accurate and fully descriptive work performed details on completed repair orders;
- Properly documenting warranty repairs
- Ability to independently use diagnostic software and testing equipment
- Verifying vehicle performance by conducting test-drives; adjusting controls and systems;
- Maintaining all necessary training requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years dealership experience as a diesel technician
- Allison/Paccar/Cat/Eaton/Cummins certifications preferred
- Extensive knowledge in the repair and maintenance of diesel engines & power trains.
- Must have your own tools
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
