Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with community partners
- Visit clinics, hospitals, churches, senior centers, housing programs, and community events to promote services
- Educate families about AFC/GAFC services and offerings
- Distribute flyers and other marketing materials strategically
- Follow up with referral sources to nurture relationships
- Assist with social media posts and outreach campaigns
- Track leads, referrals, and follow-up activities to ensure engagement
