Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lexington, MA, for an Architectural Assistant Designer. The role involves supporting the architectural team in creating and refining design concepts, producing construction drawings, and assisting in project planning. The Architectural Assistant Designer will collaborate with team members to contribute to the design and development process, ensure quality in architectural deliverables, and participate in client communications as required.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong skills in Drawing and detailed drafting
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
  • Understanding of residential construction and remodeling processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Design, or a related field. Accredited degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in high-end residential projects is a plus


This position requires valid driver's license and vehicle.

Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
