As a Residential Counselor, you’ll:
- Work an awake overnight position
- Closely supervise and continuously monitor the health, safety, and well-being of each student during the overnight hours.
- Teach communication and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
- Receive paid training and coaching

What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, must be 18 years of age
- Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
- Valid Driver’s License Personal Vehicle
- CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
- NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
