Part-time opportunity with evening and weekend shifts available. Enjoy flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week.
Participation in a two-day training program during standard business hours is required.
As a member of our Adult Services Team, you’ll:
- Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Provide job coaching to develop and build vocational skills
- Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs
- Teach and support skill development in areas such as:
- Communication and social interaction
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene
- Vocational and pre-employment skills
- Adaptive physical education and self-preservation
- Receive paid training and coaching
- Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a 4-year program
- Minimum of one year of experience supporting adults with autism and/or individuals with related support needs
- Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic clients who engage in challenging behaviors
- Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
- American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
- NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training
- Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
