EXPERIENCE
5 years’ experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing or regulated industrial environment (aerospace) managing multidisciplinary quality teams ; conducting internal audits and corrective actions based on customer and industry quality compliance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure effective controls to prevent non-conforming product release
Drive continuous improvement in quality performance and efficiency
Set objectives, monitor performance, and develop Quality Team capabilities
In-depth knowledge of AS9100 / AS13100, and FAA/EASA regulatory requirements
Support development of method of inspection for NPI
Monitor process quality and guide quality improvement initiatives for production processes
Coach / guide / mentor Quality Team
Support continuously improvement of the Quality Management System
Support internal audits and corrective actions
Support New Product / New Part Introduction (NPI) activities
Demonstrated Ability to lead Root Cause investigations and implement robust corrective actions. Proficient in using tools like Fault Trees, Fishbone diagrams, and FMEA to identify and resolve quality issues
Knowledge of statistical process control tool and how to drive improvement
Manage Quality budget and provide regular KPI-based reporting
Act as the quality interface with senior management, customers, and stakeholders
Escalate quality, compliance, or reputational risks when required
Ensure Business compliance with all applicable customer and industry quality standards
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
