Position OverviewAs an Associate, you are the face of the dispensary. Your job is to make every customer feel welcome, supported, and confident in their purchase while helping the store reach its sales goals and maintain strict compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & ComplianceGreet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.Check and scan IDs accurately to ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies.Provide safe, compliant, and professional service at all times.Product KnowledgeAssist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences.Maintain strong knowledge of strains, effects, product categories, and current promotions to provide accurate recommendations.Sales GoalsUpsell and suggest add-ons when appropriate to enhance the customer experience and increase each transaction.Enroll customers in loyalty and referral programs.Work toward individual performance goals, including Average Order Value (AOV), Units per Transaction (UPT), and positive customer reviews.Merchandising & InventoryKeep sales floor shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing.Ensure displays are clean, neat, and highlight featured and top-selling products.Support daily inventory accuracy by maintaining proper product placement and presentation.Inventory Compliance & ProcessingAccurately count inventory during cycle counts and audits as assigned.Ensure all inventory-related forms, logs, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.Assist with delivery intakes, including verification of quantities, products, and compliance documentation.Follow all inventory handling and processing procedures to support accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.Service Excellence & SafetyBuild trust with customers through a positive, knowledgeable, and supportive approach.Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for customers and team members
