Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Arvada, CO. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, manage the maintenance team, and ensure that the property is well-maintained and safe for residents. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance, addressing repair requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other team members and vendors. Additional duties encompass maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and task delegation
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of property management and maintenance software is a plus
- EPA and HVAC certifications preferred
