Summary/Objective
TheAssistantForemansupportstheForemanandfieldleadershipteambycoordinating daily jobsite activities,assistingwith crew direction,maintainingsafety standards, and ensuringqualityexecutionofcommercialdrywallwork.Thispositionplaysakeyrolein productivity, organization, and communication across the project team and serves as a developmental role toward becoming a Foreman.

- 3 years minimum experience in commercial drywall construction.
- Prior lead or crew-leader experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various job-site conditions.
- OSHA-10 certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

Pay Transparency Statement
The salary range for this position is $27.67 - $38.46 per hour. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. As a result, starting pay may vary within the posted range.
