Must possess current California driver’s license or Identification Card.

Must possess or obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications in allotted timeframe.

Clinical credential of a CADC-I or higher [if credentialing is in progress upon hire, the employee must be fully credentialed within 45 days of hire]

At least 3 years of work experience in SUD treatment

Clear Probation Check with Orange County Probation prior to employment starting.

Must have sensitivity to and ability to embrace individuals of different genders, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, physical abilities and those with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstance warrants such action.

Possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.

TB test to be conducted yearly or be verified by a physician.

Minimum of 1 year of verifiable sobriety, if in recovery

Must meet the company's insurance policy guidelines for approved drivers and must have the ability to be insured by the company policy at an approved premium.
