  • Referral Relations Management - Act as the primary contact for alumnae, addressing inquiries and facilitating ongoing relationships. Provide resources and referrals for alumnae seeking ongoing support in their recovery journey, including counseling, support groups, and educational opportunities or facilitating re-admissions if necessary. 

 

  • Data Management – Manage the Vista Research engagement process and conduct Vista survey audits. Maintain accurate records of follow up attempts, outcomes data, alumni participation, including sign-in sheets and attendance data. 

 

  • Alumnae Follow-Up – Provide phone support for alumnae throughout their first year of recovery, with scheduled calls at 2 weeks, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year after discharge. 

  • Alumnae Engagement - Develop a comprehensive strategic plan that outlines key tactics for growing alumni engagement by 15% year over year. 

 

  • Alumnae List Ownership- Responsible for creating a process and following up with alumnae in a way that is organized, systematic, and effective, that ensures all alumni have been contacted and/or engaged.  

 

  • Alumnae Volunteer Oversight - Recruit, train, and assign tasks to alumnae volunteers for programs and events, ensuring they feel supported and appreciated in their roles. This includes managing the alumnae committee and coordinating regular meetings with the committee chair. 

 

  • Event Coordination - Plan and coordinate alumnae events, including logistics, scheduling, and communication, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This includes weekly alumnae meetings, Family Support group, and other events to be planned. Coordinate alumnae speakers for the “Circle of Life” event.  

 

  • Resource Management - Purchase supplies, gifts and snacks for alumnae events and initiatives. 

 

  • Social Media and Digital Marketing - Manage alumnae outreach through social media channels and digital marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and awareness. Oversee Google and Yelp reviews 

 

  • Collaboration - Coordinate with the Director of Admissions on alumni follow-up initiatives, ensuring alignment in outreach efforts. Ensure effective follow-up with alumni through Admissions team. 

 

  • Admissions Overflow Support- Must be willing and competent in answering the phones and facilitating admissions should there be periods of high call volume between alumnae events, including entering data into the CRM and supporting the client from first call to admission.  

 

  • Confidentiality - Adheres to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECH as well as all NDFW policies and procedures including Code of Ethics. 

  • Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:
  • Must possess current California driver’s license or Identification Card. 

  • Must possess or obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications in allotted timeframe. 

  • Clinical credential of a CADC-I or higher [if credentialing is in progress upon hire, the employee must be fully credentialed within 45 days of hire] 

  • At least 3 years of work experience in SUD treatment 

  • Clear Probation Check with Orange County Probation prior to employment starting. 

  • Must have sensitivity to and ability to embrace individuals of different genders, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, physical abilities and those with diverse cultural backgrounds. 

  • Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstance warrants such action. 

  • Possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices. 

  • TB test to be conducted yearly or be verified by a physician. 

  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable sobriety, if in recovery 

  • Must meet the company's insurance policy guidelines for approved drivers and must have the ability to be insured by the company policy at an approved premium. 

Salary : $24 - $25
