Overview
New Directions offers competitive compensation, clinical autonomy, and a flexible schedule. Clinicians have full administrative, billing, credentialing, and technological support so that they can focus on their clients and their care. Clinical supervision for associate licensed clinicians is offered, when available. Clinicians joining New Directions will be part of a team of experienced clinicians which provides opportunities for case consultation and clinical support as needed. New Directions clinicians serve clients in person as well as with use of telehealth services. Full time clinicians have the additional benefit of general health, vision, and dental insurance. NDCS has the resources and referrals necessary for a clinician to be successful in an outpatient setting. Fully licensed clinicians: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or PhD candidates preferred. Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete comprehensive clinical assessment and provide individualized treatment planning for clients.
• Facilitation of individual, group, and/or family therapy for individuals across the lifespan.
• Maintenance of clinical records consistent with Medicaid (CC8C) standards
• Collaboration and care coordination with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of clients as needed

Requirements:

• Must have a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Must have an active license (provisionally or fully licensed) in good standing in North Carolina such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW(A), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, LCMHC(A), Ph.D. Psychologist, and/or Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT(A).
• Experience or interest in the use of evidenced based models for clinical practice in individual, group, and family treatment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Success in engaging clients in treatment to improve clinical outcomes.
• Perform work independently, responsibly, and with a high level of integrity.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
