About the Role
New Direction Trust Company (NDTCO) is seeking a professional, organized, and service-driven Office Administrator to lead our front desk experience and support daily office operations. This role is the first impression of our company and plays a critical part in creating a welcoming, polished, and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors
- Manage incoming mail & deliveries
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized front office
- Coordinate visitor check-in and meeting logistics
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience
Office Operations & Administration
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility needs
- Coordinate maintenance and service providers
- Maintain office procedures and documentation
- Coordinate meeting spaces and internal events
Executive Support
- Provide calendar, meeting, and travel support to leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Track action items and support key initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- High professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Financial or professional services experience
- Executive support experience
- Vendor management experience
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
