Boulder Imaging is searching for an Office Administrator to join our team to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment, while also providing administrative support to our leadership team. We are looking for a self-starter, capable of consistently processing a high-volume workload while paying close attention to detail. The successful candidate will be team-oriented and can quickly adjust to changing priorities.

Requirements
- Office and Executive Support:
- Lead efforts in reordering and organizing office supplies
- Coordinate meals and other administrative tasks for meetings when key stakeholders are in town
- Receive and sort mail
- Monitor and aid third party vendors on site as needed
- Aid in new team member onboarding
- Assure day 1 readiness of space, phones, etc. in conjunction with 3rd Party IT Team
- Manage interface with the landlord, cleaning company and other suppliers
- Coordinate when fixes/improvements need to be made to our workspace
- Coordinate activities around looking for new space and move planning
- Team Building Facilitation
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing employee events such as holiday parties
- Meeting Coordination: Cater lunches
- Team Milestones: Birthday and anniversary lists
- Weekly Meeting Support
- Organize and submit expense reports for company COO
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating external guests, on site events, or travel
- Other tasks as needed and communicated by the director team
- Effective organizational, time and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess an understanding of the product development and product realization process.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other Associates and cultures.
- Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Project, Jira or similar.

Education And Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond appropriately to changing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office software including Outlook, Excel, and Word
