About the Role
New Design Cabinet Factory has been building custom cabinets and millwork for high-end homes for almost 20 years. Our work includes a wide range from kitchens, vanities, closets, and specialty pieces. We're looking for a Finish Carpenter / Cabinet Shop Builder to join the shop.
We need someone who is productive, reliable, and already knows the trade well.
What You'll Do
- Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork
- Read shop drawings
- Work with panels, face frames, doors, drawers, and hardware
- Keep quality and accuracy tight during fabrication
- Stay productive throughout the day
- Follow shop procedures and work as part of a team
- Keep your work area clean and safe
What We're Looking For
- Experience in cabinetry, finish carpentry, or millwork
- Can read shop drawings and take accurate measurements
- Strong work ethic, takes pride in the work
- Shows up on time
- Knows how to use basic shop tools safely
- CNC or cabinet shop experience is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
