Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lathrop, Ca for a Therapist at New Dawn Treatment Centers Men’s Luxury Facilty. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients in recovery, focusing on evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining progress records, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and offering support to clients and their families throughout the recovery journey. The role also involves consistent communication with external agencies or parties as needed to support client care.
Qualifications
- Skilled in individual, group, and family counseling, with experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Proficient in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and documenting client progress accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across a multidisciplinary team and with external entities.
- Experience or familiarity with substance abuse treatment and recovery processes.
- Possession of appropriate licensure as a Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of California. Associatte Therpaist acceptavble
