Responsibilities
- Build relationships with pediatricians, physicians, therapists, schools, childcare providers, community organizations, and other local referral sources.
- Represent New Dawn ABA professionally throughout the region.
- Educate providers and community partners about New Dawn ABA services and the intake process.
- Generate qualified leads and referral opportunities through outreach, events, and relationship development.
- Attend local events, resource fairs, networking opportunities, and provider meetings.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources and community partners.
- Track outreach activity, provider visits, referral sources, and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal intake, clinical, and operations teams to support a smooth experience for families.
- Identify additional opportunities for local partnerships and brand awareness.
- Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Professional, personable, and organized.
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, pediatric services, community outreach, sales, marketing, or provider relations preferred.
- Knowledge of ABA therapy, autism services, or pediatric healthcare is a plus.
- Comfortable attending community events and meeting with providers.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about supporting children and families.
- Prior experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, business development, sales, marketing, or community liaison work preferred.
- Experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, pediatrics, therapy services, or healthcare is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Kansas City, St. Louis, and Columbia, Missouri areas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
