Enrollment Lead Conversion Specialist

Are you passionate about childcare and skilled at building relationships with families? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused professional who can connect with prospective families and help them find the right childcare experience for their children. New Creations Child Care & Learning Center is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Enrollment Sales Specialist to help families find the right child care and early learning environment for their children. This is a sales-focused position responsible for managing prospective families from their initial inquiry through enrollment for 3 New Creations locations.

New Creations Child Care & Learning Center is a growing faith-based child care organization serving families across multiple communities. We provide children with caring teachers, engaging learning environments, quality early education, and a foundation of Christian values. As an Enrollment Sales Specialist, you'll play a direct role in our growth while helping parents make one of the most important decisions they'll make choosing who will care for their child.

What You'll Do

• Turn Inquiries Into Tours
• You'll be the first point of contact for prospective families at your assigned locations.
• Respond quickly to inbound phone calls and online inquiries.
• Talk with parents about their child care needs.
• Answer questions about programs, tuition, schedules, availability, curriculum, and New Creations.
• Help families determine which location and program best fits their needs.
• Schedule tours at your assigned locations.
• Confirm upcoming tours and follow up with families who haven't scheduled yet.

What Success Looks Like
Successful Enrollment Sales Specialists take ownership of the entire enrollment process.
You will be measured on areas including:

• Speed of response to new leads
• Percentage of leads successfully contacted
• Tours scheduled
• Tour show rate
• Tour-to-enrollment conversion
• Total enrollments
• Follow-up consistency
• Accuracy and completion of enrollment paperwork
• Enrollment growth at your assigned locations

Pay: $35,000/salary

• Commission: $100-$125 per enrollment
• Weekly pay

Office: In person based our of one assigned New Creations locations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sales, admissions, leasing, hospitality, recruiting, customer service, or another relationship-based sales role is preferred.
• 1-2 years of child care experience
• Communicate professionally by phone, text, email, and in person.
• CRM systems, scheduling software, email, and online forms.
• Can work independently while staying accountable for results.
• Have reliable transportation and can travel between assigned locations.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENT

• Extensive sitting and computer work including typing, using computer screens, and creation of documents
• Communication with center leaders at times- emails, phone, google connects, etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
