Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for orientation, supervising, and training of staff
- Ensure compliance with state rules and regulations
- Maintain household operating budgets and bookkeeping system
- Maintain appropriate client files, records, and reports
- Coordinate and maintain all home staff schedules
- Attend medical appointments for residents
- Ensure staff compliance with all required trainings
- Plan and participate in community outings with residents
- Implement house rules and procedures related to safety, security, and individuals’ rights
- Ensure appropriate hygiene and appearance of residents
- Maintain the up keep and cleanliness of the community residence.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three (3) years of management experience preferred
- Successful completion of drug screening, physical exam, and required background checks
- Valid Driver's License
